Q. How do I book a session?
A. Go to the book appointment page, take your pick online or offline mode, individual or couples, fill the intake form and then finally make the payment through UPI or bank transfer.
Q. How frequently do I need to see my therapist?
A. This, too, depends on your concerns, needs and goals. While we recommend meeting your therapist weekly, this pace works, however you can look with your therapist to decide what works best for you.
Q. How many sessions do I need?
A. Therapy is a unique and evolving process, and the number of sessions needed varies from person to person. The duration of therapy depends on factors such as the nature of your concerns, your personal goals, and the therapeutic approach being used.
Q. How can therapy help me?
A. Therapy can be beneficial for addressing a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, grief and loss, eating-related difficulties, work-related stress, challenges in daily functioning, emotional distress, family conflicts, relationship issues, low self-esteem, life transitions, and the impact of break-ups.
It can also help you develop and strengthen important life skills, such as effective communication, emotional regulation, healthy boundaries, self-awareness, decision-making, and resilience.
Beyond addressing specific concerns, therapy offers a dedicated, non-judgmental space for self-exploration. It provides an opportunity to better understand yourself, process difficult emotions, gain clarity about your experiences, and navigate life's challenges with greater confidence and intention. Ultimately, therapy can support you in building a more meaningful, balanced, and fulfilling life.
